This week's Frontline video looks at the worsening situation in the refugee camps around the town of Dadaab, just over the border from Somalia in Kenya.

300,000 people, mostly Somali refugees fleeing from the constant violence in their country, are living in and around the camps in unacceptable living conditions. Every month 5,000 new people arrive, usually in very bad health and extremely tired after the long journey. MSF currently runs a 100 bed hospital in Dagahaley camp, one of the three camps around Dadaab, and has called for the immediate opening of a new extension to the camps promised by the Kenyan government.
