MSF Ireland Media Room

MSF regards ‘speaking out’ about the plight of people caught in humanitarian crises as a core part of our work. We welcome enquiries from members of the media who are genuinely interested in covering humanitarian and medical issues.

Please see MSF in Irish Media for examples of recent coverage.

This page is where all members of the media can find out more about MSF's work, set up interviews with MSF teams overseas or in headquarters, or be added to our press release list.  For all media enquiries, please contact:

Deirdre Mangaoang at deirdre [dot] mangaoang [at] msf [dot] org or by phone +353 (0)85 106 9132

Visits to MSF projects overseas

With projects in 64 countries worldwide, in a variety of locations from chaotic urban centres to remote desert outposts, MSF’s activities offer a unique insight on medical humanitarian action for journalists, photographers, and other members of the media.

We are happy to facilitate visits to our projects where possible, however MSF cannot pay travel expenses.  Any intending media visitors should read the guidelines below and contact Deirdre well in advance of a proposed visit.
