Corporate Support mock up page
Thanks to the independent support and generosity of companies our teams can provide emergency medical care where it is needed most.
Why partner with us?
Support from individuals and companies really matters to MSF. It means we don't need to take money from governments, allowing us to remain independent, act quickly and go where the need is greatest.
For example, it meant that we were one of the first organisations to respond to the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, and could swiftly scale up our operations when the disease spread.
It meant we could respond within hours to the devastating typhoon in the Philippines, and within minutes when the earthquake struck in Haiti (because we were already working there).
Without the generous support of companies and individuals this would not have been possible.
Corporate Gift Acceptance Policy
At the core of MSF’s identity is a commitment to independence, neutrality and impartiality.
These principles allow us to gain the acceptance of the local people in the countries where we work and to speak out when we see injustice. Ultimately, they are key to keeping our teams safe.
It is for this reason that we do not take funds from businesses working in industries that are in conflict with our humanitarian goals and values.
MSF Ireland does not accept gifts from companies that are in the following categories:
- Arms manufacturing and selling
- Tobacco manufacturing and selling
- Pharmaceutical industry
- Extraction industry
