Thanks to the independent support and generosity of companies our teams can provide emergency medical care where it is needed most.

Why partner with us?
Support from companies and employees is vital to MSF.
One hundred percent of our donations come from individuals and organisation like yours.
Private support enables us to be independent.
It means we can act quickly in an emergency and go where others cannot; it means we are often the first on the scene of a crisis.
A partnership with MSF can bring many benefits to your company, while helping to save the lives of people affected by conflict, natural disasters, and epidemics in over 70 countries:
- Uniting your employees around a shared goal of providing emergency medical aid in the world's forgotten crises
- Defining your company’s identity as a purpose-driven brand, helping you to stand out and to differentiate you from others
- Responding to crises in the countries where you are working
- Partnering with one of the world’s leading medical humanitarian aid organisation and the recipients of the 1999 Nobel Peace Prize
Long-term partnerships
We start all our partnerships by getting to know you and your company, whether through picking up the phone or going for a coffee.
We want to understand you and your company and explore how we can build a partnership. We work closely with our partners to build meaningful long-term relationships.
Here are several ways that we could support you through a partnership with MSF:
- Regular updates on how and where MSF is providing life-saving medical care with your support
- Opportunities to hear first-hand from MSF staff such as doctors, nurses, logisticians and midwives at your offices
- Invitations to our year-round events, such as panel discussions and breakfast briefings with MSF staff
- A dedicated relationship manager who will support you and your employees in their fundraising and volunteering opportunities throughout the year

Our corporate gift acceptance policy
At the core of MSF’s identity is a commitment to independence, neutrality and impartiality.
These principles allow us to gain the acceptance of the local people in countries where we work and to speak out when we see injustice. They are key to keeping our teams safe.
It is for this reason that we do not take funds from organisations working in industries that conflict with our humanitarian goals and values, or which may limit our ability to provide humanitarian assistance.
MSF does not accept gifts from organisations in the following industries:
- Arms manufacturing and selling
- Tobacco manufacturing and selling
- Pharmaceuticals
- Extraction
If your company is in the asset management, gambling, alcohol, healthcare or medical device sector, please do get in touch to discuss any possible donation.

The MSF International Emergency Fund (IEF)
This is a combined fund used by MSF to resource MSF’s emergency projects worldwide which are not covered by other restricted funds, such as:
- Projects dedicated to natural and man-made disasters.
- Projects responding to newly emerging urgent needs until the programmes are established and stabilised, no longer requiring specific emergency response capacity.
- Projects which undergo significant changes or new activities due to emerging urgent needs, including exploration projects and coordination of emergency response activities.
MSF cannot do it alone. Your support of our Emergency Fund will enable us to:
- Be prepared
- Act fast
- Respond to need
- Maintain operational flexibility and independence
Euromonitor
Euromonitor International (EMI) has proudly partnered with MSF since 2017, solidifying its status as one of our esteemed and enduring Headline Charity Partners.
“Our collaboration with MSF extends far beyond a simple annual contribution, reflecting EMI's unwavering commitment to making a meaningful impact. At EMI, we actively engage with the exceptional MSF team, drawing inspiration from the remarkable work of doctors and nurses in the field. Moreover, we provide pro bono support to enhance the efforts of MSF's core fundraising team.
In light of recent challenges, EMI took the opportunity to reassess our charity partnerships and the projects we champion. It became clear that MSF holds a special and strategic position among them all. By providing unrestricted funding, we can feel part of every emergency response launched by MSF, and in most cases, MSF is our charity of choice for global fundraisers in natural disasters as well as humanitarian crises.
This strategic alignment not only showcases EMI's dedication to social responsibility but also underscores our agility and efficiency in responding promptly to global challenges. The appreciation expressed by our employees attests to the positive impact generated by our collaborative efforts with MSF.”
Eva Harput, Global Head of CSR
CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP
CMS have been supporting MSF since 2020 as their global charity partner. Engagement with MSF has been widespread across different areas of the firm, from the CMS Football Cup – where donations are made to MSF for every goal scored - to Quiz Nights and fundraising initiatives led by our internal networks, such as the Muslim Network who fundraised as a part of their Ramadan Iftar events.
“Our long-standing relationship with MSF is a holistic one, going beyond year-round financial support. We provide MSF with a range of pro-bono support from legal advice, meeting and event space, and gifts in kind. We have been able to engage our people in a variety of fundraising opportunities, educating them about the amazing work MSF does around the world. We value our strong and excellent relationship with the team at MSF UK.”
Louise Starling, Senior Responsible Business & Social Impact Manager at CMS
Happythreads
Over the last decade we have seen a rapid growth in emergencies across the globe. In the hours after an emergency occurs, it’s vital we move fast. But not all emergencies receive the attention they deserve. A partnership with MSF Ireland can ensure that our emergency teams and essential emergency supplies are deployed to the field as soon as possible and ensure MSF can stay on the ground long after the headlines have faded.
"Happythreads is a proud MSF Emergency Partner, helping support healthcare workers and communities in crisis around the globe."
Daniel Plewman, Founder Happythreads Healthcare Uniforms
MSF Ireland is seeking lead corporate partners to commit to multi-year funding across 2026 and 2027 to build momentum in sustaining this critical work.
Our goal is to raise €1m by December 2026 to ensure MSF Ireland plays our part by contributing to the MSF International Emergency Fund ensuring the movement is prepared for emergencies across the globe in the years to come.
We work closely with our Emergency Fund Partners to build meaningful long-term relationships. Here are some of the ways our team will support you:
- Use of our ‘Supporting MSF’ logo as one of our official International Emergency Fund partners
- Opportunities to hear first hand from MSF’s doctors, nurses, logisticians and other frontline staff in person at your offices or online via webinars
- Support with a communication plan to engage your employees & stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of your support
- An International Emergency Fund specific report will be sent to you on an annual basis.
In the last 24 months we have seen an increase in the intensity and frequency of global emergencies, resulting in more people requiring medical aid than ever before. Your committed, sustainable support is essential to ensure our teams can respond rapidly - wherever and whenever crisis hits.
