Jane-Ann McKenna, Director of Médecins Sans Frontières Ireland speaks on RTE News at Nine about the situation on the ground immediately following Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. (Beginning at 4:55) 

 In the wake of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) teams were on the ground from the outset. By boat, car or plane, MSF staff and supplies spread to the areas of most need. Establishing inflatable hospitals and providing vital medical aid, MSF teams aid the populations devastated by the typhoon.
