South Sudan: On brink of civil war, Chris Lockyear, Operations Manager speaks on Today FM

Chris Lockyear, Operations manager in South Sudan, speaks on Today FM about the situation on the ground for the thousands of civilians fleeing violence and living in substandard conditions.

The conflict has been in constant escalation while civilians suffer the consequences from feuding forces. Leaving their homes and sometimes families, they are forced to live in camps for internally displaced persons (IDP camps). Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is working in the camps and throughout the country to treat those wounded in the fighting and provide basic medical care for all affected people.
