Visit our donation page, choose your donation amount and tick 'Dedicate my donation'.


Step 2

Choose who you would like to dedicate your donation to. Complete your donation in support of our life-saving work.


Step 3

After making your donation, select 'Send a personalised card with your dedication'. 


Step 4

Select to dedicate 'in honour' or 'in memory'. Select which theme of images you would like and fill out the recipient's details.
